Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Deposit: 30% deposit of total reservation (accommodation) cost is required within 4 days of the booking in order to confirm the reservation. Master/EuroCard and VISA as well as bank transfer are accepted.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be received in writing. For cancellations received up to:

More than 30 days prior to arrival 100% of the deposit will be refundable less an administrative fee of 20.00 EURO
30-14 days prior to arrival 50% of the deposit (15% of total reservation cost) will be retained
less than 14 days prior to arrival 100% of the deposit (30% of total reservation cost) will be retained

Insurance

EACH GUEST should review their own personal insurance requirements to make sure their insurance is adequate for the risk and activities involved. We do not provide personal insurance for our guests, including but not limited to trip cancellation, theft and/or property damage, travel/medical/accident insurance, emergency rescue costs.
