About the Ranch

Location

The Eco-Frontiers Ranch is located in far south-eastern part of Poland, in the Bieszczady Mountains, close to the Ukrainian (15 minute walk) and Slovakian (1 hr) borders.

The Ranch is nestled between two villages: Michniowiec and Lipie. The nearest bigger village is Czarna (15 minutes drive) and the administration town is Ustrzyki Dolne (30 minutes).

Getting there

You need only to reach the Ustrzyki Dolne and we will pick you up from there anytime. See travel tips below to know how to get to the Ranch from other places.

Travel tips

From Kraków (Cracow)

By train. You may travel from Kraków to Rzeszów by train. It takes you ca. 2 hours. It is comfortable, cheap and environmentally friendly.

By public bus. The other opportunity is to take public bus from Kraków to Sanok. Such trip might last more than 5 hours depending on the traffic. The bus station in Krakow is next to the central train station. There are several departures daily to Sanok, see itinerary here http://www.rda.krakow.pl/. You can buy a ticket at the counter or by bus driver.

By car. You may wish to rent a car. We cooperate with a good rental service in Kraków. Please contact us for more information and contact details.

From Rzeszow

By public bus. It takes you about 2 hours to reach Sanok and next one hour to get to Ustrzyki Dolne. There is direct connection between Rzeszów and Ustrzyki Dolne or you would need to change the bus in Sanok or Lesko. The bus station in Rzeszów is next to the central train station. There are several departures daily to Sanok and Ustrzyki Dolne. You can buy a ticket at the counter or by bus driver.
